Ten3s is a boxing inspired workout consisting of TEN x3 minutes rounds. 

Ten3s works not only n your fitness but on strengthening and toning all major muscle groups.

Work at your own level whilst our highly trained coaches support and encourage you every step of the way.

TEN3S IS EXCLUSIVE TO UNIT1. THIS BOXING INSPIRED WORKOUT WILL HELP TO BUILD YOUR FITNESS LEVELS, IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH AND TONE YOUR MUSCLES IN A FUN, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.
