Does Ten3s involve sparring with a partner?

While it’s based on kickboxing training methods, Ten3s classes never involve actually hitting an opponent. We’ve designed this class as a challenging, fun, and safe workout for everyone!

Can I attend if I’ve never done kickboxing before?

Of course! Our trained and experienced instructors will teach you proper form and safety for punches, pad holding, and anything else that comes up in the class.

What should I wear and bring?

Wearing what you’d usually wear to the gym; comfortable, loose-fitting clothing like a t-shirt with trackies or leggings, will be suitable for a Ten3s class. We’ll provide all other equipment.
