BOXERCISE

Boxercise is a boxing-based fitness class that works the whole body. We use the techniques used by boxers to keep fit and in great shape, think punching, skipping and shuttle runs along with core work and body weight exercises. We also use kettle bells and hand weights for full body toning.

Monday – 9.30am & 6.30pm

Wednesday – 6.00pm

Friday – 7.00pm
