Personal training at Unit1 is just that, Personal to you. We discuss your goals and what you are wanting to achieve and tailor a programme to help you not only reach your goals but surpass them. If you are wanting to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness or strength or just feel better and increase your confidence we can help you.
We offer 1:1, 2:1 or small group sessions if you are wanting to train with a friend or group of friends.
