What should I wear?

Standard gym attire; comfortable, loose fitting clothing, as well as a good pair of trainers, is perfect for our mini trampoline fitness classes.

Can I eat beforehand?

With all that bouncing around, we don’t recommend eating too heavily right before one of these classes. Something light and high in energy, like a banana or a granola bar, will make for a comfortable and productive session.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Yes! Due to the low-impact nature of our mini trampoline fitness classes, it’s a great way to get some exercise in when you’re pregnant or healing from an injury.
