FITT 500 is an all over body workout. Classes take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve skipping, hitting and kicking punchbags or pads, using kettlebells, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Its suitable for all ages and abilities and is a great fun workout for the whole body.
