The Boogie Bounce programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and legs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. Its low impact so joint friendly and suitable for all, from complete beginners to exercise to people who exercise on a regular basis.

Revolution is circuit training Boogie Bounce style. It is a 20 station circuit incorporating the mini trampolines for the cardio element with toning stations in between. It’s a total body workout, that fun and effective. All exercises are adaptable to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
